Ask yourself:

  1. Does the REALTOR return your phone calls promptly?
  2. Does the REALTOR answer your questions?
  3. Does the REALTOR perform a comprehensive market analysis?
  4. Does the REALTOR explain things clearly?
  5. Does the REALTOR suggest marketing alternatives?
  6. Does the REALTOR seem knowledgeable about the community?
  7. Do you feel comfortable spending time with them?
