Over the years that I have sold property, I have been mostly disappointed
with the agents that I have engaged to sell my properties.
However, I can assure you that Doretta Smith is not your typical real
estate agent. I have never worked with an agent as diligent and competent
as Doretta. I think Doretta has put in more effort on my current listing
then all of my previous property sales agents combined.
Doretta has worked to understand the market where my property is located,
the challenges associated with selling my property, spent her own time to
learn more about the county regulations particular to my property, and the
options that increase the value of my property to a prospective buyer. Doretta
has done more to market my property than anyone else I have worked with
in the past, with web page listings, color photographs, full motion video,
newspaper listing, national listings and intra-agent communication at Prudential.
Doretta has even kept me posted weekly on the status of her sales efforts
on my listing and results (unheard of the industry today). I'm not sure
if this is a result of the Prudential Real Estate Brokerage firms culture,
Doretta's own character, or a combination of both. But she is leaving no
stone unturned. Based on my experience, I think you can rest assured that
Doretta will do everything in her power to sell your property. I would recommend
Doretta Smith as a real estate agent to anyone.
